Coralus (un)Summit 2025
A Once-in-a-Decade Celebration

SEP 10-12, 2025 | SAUNDERS FARM

OTTAWA, CANADA

At the 10th Anniversary of Coralus, we're not just gathering - we're co-creating the future.

This gathering is unlike anything we've done before. It's an invitation to step into something different - to experience a gathering in a way that aligns with our values, supports local communities, and reflects the kind of world we want to build.

This is Coralus in practice.

A place to co-create,

to experiment,

to connect,

to play,

and to experience what it feels like to build something new, together.

We can't wait to welcome you into this space.

A world where play meets possibility and imagination fuels impact.

Why This Is Different

A NEW APPROACH TO GATHERING

Five years ago, we hosted a Global Summit just before the world shut down. It was a powerful moment of connection, and many of you have shared how deeply it resonated. That event cost $500,000—if we replicated it today, it would be closer to $1 million. But we asked ourselves:

Image
  • How can we create a meaningful, transformative gathering without putting money into big corporate conference centers and hotels?
  • How can we root this experience in place, nature, and community while keeping it financially accessible?
  • How can we support local suppliers and businesses rather than funnelling resources into extractive systems?

Why Saunders Farm?

A RETURN TO NATURE

Our goal is to bring people together outside the traditional gathering places of hotels and boardrooms and get back to nature, on land that has 50+ years of stories to share, so we can expand our thinking about what's possible for the future of our special community.

Through this lens, Saunders Farm emerged as the perfect place. This is not a venue—it’s a welcome and a loom which we are being invited to weave into. The land, buildings, and space have been generously gifted to us (normally $60/day per person without food or drink included). It allows us to connect deeply—with nature, with each other, and with the vision we’re co-creating.

Saunders Farm is a family-run, community-created business that is turning 50 this year!

Image

It started as a wide open space with a 40-acre forest and grew from a hobby farm with animals...

to a 32-acre pick-your-own strawberries farm...

to a haunted hayride experience...

to something today that runs almost year round...

ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

... with mazes and labyrinths, pavilions for events, a cider house for dining, a spiral apple orchard, and an award winning tourist attraction with its well known Halloween experience that has been visited by over 1 million people.

And guess what? Vicki Saunders (Coralus founder) grew up there so it makes sense that she'd dream up something that reframes what a business can be and needs to be experienced to be understood.

We'd love to have you join us for this special gathering where we'll be harvesting the stories and impact in multi-sensory ways; music and dancing through a 40-acre forest, bonfires for small group connections, ziplines for thrilling big picture views as we traverse over the 10 mazes, bouncing pillows to remember our playful childlike selves, ponds, intimate gathering areas, open fields, farm to table meals, and much more.
